If it hadn\u00b4t been because of the city\u00b4s pressure, the conversation would probably have ended up in a dead end. Following to the proprietor\u00b4s call, it hadn\u00b4t taken but 15 minutes to finalize the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Said and done.<\/p>\n<p>Even with the further steps dragging along, the notary contract was really special because the proprietor reserves the right to withdraw for the eventuality that the corporation in the United States denies their approval.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, we commissioned an architect to do the development of the project.
